Privacy notice
Business Solution Lab is an initiative by YASI Digital Australia. This notice explains what happens to the information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the business check-up, we receive the details you enter: your business name, industry, size and website; a description of your challenge, the process affected, how often it happens and how long it takes; the tools you use and what you have tried; and your name, position, email address and (optionally) phone number.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand your challenge, contact you about it and arrange an initial conversation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is handled
- Your submission is delivered by email to the YASI Digital team. It is not stored in a website database.
- You receive a confirmation email at the address you provide.
- To prevent spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way hashed (unreadable) version of your IP address and the time of submission. This is discarded automatically.
- Please leave out passwords, confidential customer records and sensitive personal information.
Live chat
Our live chat is provided by tawk.to. When the chat loads, tawk.to uses cookies and browser storage to keep your conversation connected as you move between pages, and it receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type. If you start a chat, your messages and any details you choose to share (such as your name or email) are processed by tawk.to on our behalf so our team can reply. See the tawk.to privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
Apart from the live chat, this website uses locally hosted fonts and images and does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The site remembers in your browser session whether the chat window was open, so it stays open between pages. The hosting provider keeps ordinary server access logs. If you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy practices apply.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask to access or correct the information you have given us, or ask us to delete it, by contacting YASI Digital at info@yasidigital.com or +61 3 4427 9664. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
